This will be a tad bit short; Greetings dear reader, this is Louisa Lee, SEBS, Rutgers Class of '13, and attempting a Biotechnology major.For two weeks in Summer I will be in France, studying cheese and wine under the Rutgers Summer Study Abroad Program. Yes, it's a real course and yes we will be going through lots biochemical cycles from the likes of yeast and
penicillium.
